Oh Anderson Cooper… He’s got arguably the most recognizable and trusted face in TV news today, and it certainly doesn’t hurt that said face is easy on the eyes. He’s Anderson Cooper, the intrepid CNN journalist who pops up to tell it like it is in the latest global hotspot, yet still has time to jet back to the States to moderate political debates or promote good causes. This week in Egypt, the newsman even suffered a beating at the hands of pro-Mubarak forces in the midst of clashes in Cairo. (He was not seriously injured.)
